Ozzy Properties, Inc. was formed in December of 1994 to manage the Washington Place Apartments in Methuen, Massachusetts. Currently Ozzy Properties has approximately two million square feet of office and retail space and 100 residential units under management. These properties are situated in Andover, North Andover, Lawrence, Boston and Methuen, Massachusetts.
Ozzy Properties is now focused on its newest acquisition, 1600 Osgood Landing. Formerly the Lucent Technologies Merrimack Valley Works building, this facility is now under new ownership and enjoying new positioning as the premier address for industry, commerce, research and development.
